Biographical Sketch

Born: Broomall, Pennsylvania (1948 - Present)

Tom Clark attended Penn State University, receiving a B.S. Degree in Landscape Architecture in 1971.  He joined the Maryland-based firm of Edmund B. Ault, Ltd. that same year.  Over the next three-dozen years, Clark had primary responsibility on over 500 design projects along the Eastern Seaboard, Southeast and Midwest.  In 1984, Clark became a full partner with Edmund and Brian Ault in the reorganized company called Ault, Clark & Associates, Ltd. 

Professional Organizations/Affiliations include:

• Member American Society of Golf Course Architects since 1975
• Past President of the American Society of Golf Course Architects 1991
• Golf Course Superintendents Association of America
• Mid-Atlantic Golf Course Superintendents Association
• Virginia Golf Course Superintendents Association
• National Golf Foundation

• Penn State University Alumni Achievement Award, 1994
• Landscape Architect Maryland Register #311 since 1975
